Very nice non pushy welcome. Very helpful and friendly and knowledgable staff. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had never been in a dreams store before so had no preconceived ideas about how I would get on. I was served in the interbank store by Lesley. From phenomena U entered the store Lesley was attentive without being intrusive. It was clear she had an excellent knowledge of the products and was able to point me in the right direction.

I thought i was going to be there all day, i am quite fussy about what i wanted and experienced great customer care, the colleague who served me seemed to know what he was doing and also guide me along the way.

Mark had excellent product knowledge and neither hurried us through the process or exerted pressure on us. He was very helpful.

My husband and I purchased a new Tempur mattress from Clydebank Store Glasgow. We were looked after by a sales assistant named Lesley who looked after us extremely well. I have already purchased a bed from Dreams and was pleased with service then and will return again in the future.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams in Clydebank due to the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. We were actually only browsing and we were thinking about purchasing maybe in about two to three weeks but because of the products and the staff being so knowledgeable and approachable we were more than happy to have made our purchase today. I would like to add that the staff in the Clydebank store are very friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable about all the products that are available. We were also offered the extra cover for our new mattress and were told of the benefits that came with it, we thought it was a great cover so opted to take it, what was nice about this is that we didn’t feel pressured in anyway to take this cover which is a blessing as you so often feel talked into these add on extras. We also opted for our old mattress being taken away. All in all we are extremely satisfied with our experience at Dreams and the assistant Gerry was great, just waiting eagerly for our new mattress now.

The assistant Lesley was very knowledgeable and answered our questions regarding the different types of mattresses available. I have a health condition and didn't want to make my decision without exploring the differences. Lesley advised us about the bed cover service plan which we decided to purchase to give us 8 years of no stress as I once spilled coffee all over the bed on holiday, my husband was so embarrassed! I also purchased two fabulous gel pillows on offer for £99. We were delighted with our free mattress cover and our sleep pal. Lesley even offered us refreshments while we made our decision on our new bed.

I was satisfied with the service I received in your store .The guy Gerry was extremely helpful.if when I receive my goods if I’m 100% satisfied and if so I’m sure I will be back
