Gerry was very knowledgeable I suggested I use the mattress machine to help me choose a mattress which was suitable to me. But then spent time letting me try different types of mattress and pillow.

The first day I looked a young man assisted me and he was so helpful. Next time I visited and placed my order the lady who helped was also very polite and friendly.

Gerry the sales guy was just simply superb. He was very knowledgable and we understood everything Gerry was going over and he helped us choose the perfect mattress. We also used the new sleep machine to help us choose the perfect mattress and he spoke us through everything with ease

Mark suggested we use the shiny new machine that could help find us our perfect mattress, this was soon after we entered the store and started browsing. This was great, it actually confirmed what we thought we were looking for and after trying several beds in the list, we chose one from the suggestions. Mark helped all the way thoughout the process and was happy to price different options for us, and give advice, even though we were approaching closing time, you wouldn’t know it.

From the moment we entered the store we were treated very very well,being offered tea/coffee before we even started!! We had the pleasure of trying the new 'Toy' in the store which helps to find the correct products for individual customers. The Manager Mark was very knowledgeable about all his products, he gave us plenty time to try those recommended before we finally agreed on our double divan. The order process was explained very well and we were especially impressed with his understanding as my Husband has Alzeihmers. Overall we felt as though our custom was welcomed and commend all the lovely staff for making what could have been a difficult task very easy. Well Done all!!!

I didn't know what to expect before going into the store but Lesley took me through everything and explained everything in clear detail Lesley was patient and attentive to my needs

Went looking to buy a new mattress. Heather was so helpful. She let us try out the new bed thing that lets you know the kind of mattress you need. She showed us all the mattresses. Let us try the tempur beds that you can see what they are made off etc. I didnt find heather pushy and just wanting a sale. She generally took our needs into consideration and went above and beyond for us

Staff member Heather was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We had our 2 grandchildren in store with us and she was great with them too. We tried lots of beds and she was very knowledgeable on different mattress types. She was friendly and welcoming too.
