My husband and I were met by Nathan in the Clydebank store who was attentive and knowledgeable; but never pestered us to buy which is a turn-off. He gave us the opportunity to try out the different Tempur mattresses and offered advice. There was no hard sell and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I visited previously and met another salesperson who was also as pleasant. The staff at this store are a credit to the company and we will come back again for further purchases.

Heather the assistant that helped us choose the mattress was very helpful and spent a lot of time helping us out to try and find the right mattress.

Customer service very good. Use of the automated system to provide appropriate mattress options was excellent. Staff really knew there stuff. This made everything much easier and ensured that purchasing our new bed was straight forward and purchased with confidence. Staff member also used his knowledge of the systems offers to give us the best, and more importantly most appropriate offer applicable to our needs.

Good range of matresses. Staff member (Mark) took a lot of time to find out what we were looking for and made helpful suggestions.
