Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all of the products in-store, he even arranged using a test bed to digitally recommend the best option for my specific needs.

The staff member was amazing, so knowledgeable and really helpful with all my questions. I came away knowing more about mattresses than I ever thought I would, really pleased.

Having purchased two single mattresses last July and being satisfied with the service I received then, I had no hesitation in Choosing Dreams for this order and was perfectly confident I would receive a similar service on this occasion. From the minute I walked through the door the staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Gerry was on hand when I was ready to speak to someone and he was great, very knowledgeable and told me about the Sleepmatch bed.... What a wonderful machine!! I've told all my friends to go try it! Having always bought and preferred a firm mattress I was so surprised by the results which turned out to be the complete opposite, testing the recommended mattresses, I found one that was so comfortable I wanted to have a nap there and then. I really wasn't looking forward to mattress shopping but it ended up being so simple and actually quite fun, within half an hour i had the full works.... even 2 of the best pillows I've ever lay on. The Easter sale prices were also a welcome added bonus. All in all a great shopping experience.

Staff were available and easy to find but not 'in your face'. Lesley spoke highly of the product I was interested in. She was very easy to deal with.
