Very pleasant visit to store. Got what I wanted and handled very professionally.

the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable about the product and also let us take our time whilst picking which mattress to choose. we at no time felt presured to buy product which was most appreciated

So this is my experience of the Clydebank branch! From moment walked in, greeted with a simple hello and here to help help you if u need us! This was a relief from other bed shops as felt pounced apron entry and pestered! Sorry I have forgot the young female girls name who has only been employed from December name but service was fabulous! Yes she didn’t know all info but what I like instead of fluffing the details she went and asked therefore both myself and her learned from it! She also recommended the mattress I picked! Putting it through the transaction was simple and easy! Also she infact finished 30mins late due to my order which showed dedication to the job and commitment to good service to me as a customer! I only put a deposit down as wasn’t sure if it would fit and returned the following day to give final payment, welcomed again by her and also by the manager! Felt listened too and would come back!

The sales assistant Leslie couldnt be any more helpfull and very knowlegable on the products took time to explain everything so pleased with her help only went in to order a double bed but ended up ordering a single bed aswell.

Just needed the correct way address was on bank statement

I came into the store over two days. the first day i met Nathan who was lovely. I had my 4 year old boy with me and we didn't have a great deal of time. Nathan was very helpful he listened to what we were looking for and showed us the best products for our needs. My son really enjoyed being in a 'bed shop' and it made the experience better with the excellent customer service and friendliness. The following day we came back in with my wife and son and this time we met Lesley. Lesley was equally as nice and again made us feel comfortable as a family. We knew what we were looking for this time so Lesley was happy to take us straight to the products we were interested in. Our plan was to shop around for the rest of the day but due to the excellent service by both Nathan and Lesley we decided to go ahead there and then. My wife was surprised as this isn't something that I ever do but good customer service really makes a difference to me.

I was very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff, especially Heather who recognised us on our second visit and was extremely helpful. I got a great price and Heather talked me through everything explaining it so well. I would definitely come back to this shop.
