Jackie who assisted us was really friendly . She helped keep our children amused whilst we walked around the store and was highly knowledgable about the products . She really helped us with our choice

I was highly satisfied with the lovely lady who assisted me with my order online. It was so simple and quick. Was very pleased I didn't have to wait a while for my bed to be delivered. I'd like to add that on a boiling hot day, the store was lovely and cool therefore was a pleasure to shop plus I was offered a drink. I actually felt nice and relaxed after my purchase

When I called by phone to make my enquiry about a new mattress I spoke to Gerry who was very knowledgeable and helpful as a result of which I travelled to the store from Glasgow the same day. On my arrival Gerry introduced me to Nathan who asked me what I was looking for. He gave me the impression immediately that he knew what he was talking about and that he had a genuine interest in helping me to find the correct mattress to suit my requirements. He was very quick to narrow down the available options so no time was wasted. I was then able to select a mattress which appeared to tick all my boxes within a short time. Nathan was very helpful without being pushy and he did not try to sell me anything I did not need as some sales people tend to do. If the mattress is as good as the service I will be very happy.

I was not pressured by the sales assistant he gave me all the information I required and left me to make my decision
