The Customer Service was perfection. Nathan was incredible in ensuring the best possible service and getting us the best product to suit our needs

I spent around an hour speaking to your staff member, I asked him a lot of questions and he and he answered all the right ones. He didn't lose his focus on the sale and gave me great advice. I was looking for a kind size bed but I only have 155cm of room due to my set up in my bed room and adviced me to go to a double be upgrade the bed to suit my needs. He also ask if I would like someone to asemble my bed for £75 but me being a handyman I said I would do this myself. He talked me though how I would asemble this bed what was helpful. Thank you.

Lesley who assisted us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she gave us enough time to try out all the mattresses recommended to us from our sleep review, left us time to discuss and didn’t push us for a decision. We also liked the team work shown from all of the staff who were happy to help. Enjoyable experience and we are delighted with our purchases.

We found the staff very welcoming, sincere, listening to our needs, pleasant, patient, not pressurising, sound knowledge of the products. Both all round excellent customer care. The sofa bed which we settled on and purchased appears very suitable. I was able to lie on it when extended and found it very comfortable with suitable dimensions. A very impressive visit indeed. Staff to be proud of!
