We were very happy with our trip to Dreams. Gerry welcomed us at the door and explained the shops new safety precautions. He was able to advise us on how sale items were marked before allowing us to roam the store. Whenever we looked puzzled he offered advice and answered all our questions thoroughly. After discussing our current beds and mattresses that we like he was then able to advise which mattresses he would recommend within the Dreams range. This led to us purchasing the mattress of our Dreams. Gerry was professional, friendly, attentive and made our experience a complete breeze. We would happy shop with Dreams again.

The lady Lesley that was dealing with myself was so welcoming when I entered the store, explained everything in detail that had to be done, we kept to social distancing, when placing the order we had a wee giggle which I find is great makes me feel as a customer that I matter and I'm not just a number, she was amazing with my daughter's spoke to them and made them feel at ease.
