Had phoned and spoke to Gerry 9/7/20 to confirm my requirements in relation to confirmation to take out finance He said he would be in store to assist me and my grandson today Friendly and relaxed dealing with my young grandson purchasing his first bed at £800 Took time to explain all the requirements and ensured Graeme was 100% happy with his purchases Gerry then talked me through the finance application on line and off we went Had never used Dreams but will be back Thanks Helen👍

Extremely professional service and my assistant displayed excellent knowledge of all products. Also given a full and comprehensive range of choices which enabled me to make the correct choice of bed. No pressure and felt valued as a customer

Gerry our sales assistant was extremely helpful. I am 82 and was struggling with my old bed. I have arthritis in hips and find my present bed is uncomfortable. Gerry introduced himself & enquired about what I was after. He was very helpful in recommending a certain mattress for my needs. He was not pushy & gave me time to look round. He then recommended the mattress/bed I bought. He fully explained about bed and what the mattress is like inside. He then covered the bed & pillow for me to lie down & try out. Nothing was a bother to him. My daughter will also be making a purchase soon too. Would highly recommend Gerry for employee award! :)
