The availability of hand sanitiser, single use pillow protectors and mattress protectors made me feel safe and at ease during my visit. Staff wearing masks and keeping their distance whilst assisting you and ensuring all customers were sticking to the guidelines also. The knowledge of Nathan throughout the whole experience made me feel sure I was making the right purchasing decision for me - no ask was too much

We were in the store for well over an hour and at no time did we feel pressurised to make a sale. The person who spoke to us (Gerry) done so in a very relaxed way and made sure that any selection had to be about us. We tried LOADS of beds and felt really comfortable with the measures that were in place to combat the current issues. When Gerry then noticed that a sale was imminent, he then proceeded to supply us with all the correct information and also even picked up on an issue I had with a previous bed from DREAMS and dealt with it accordingly. If I was being honest, we probably were not looking at completing a sale on this particular day but felt the service we received on the day led to us comfortably making the purchase we did. Just to clear things up also, the only score I did not give a “ highly satisfied” was the delivery date of 6 weeks which I felt was quite long however on reflection, I understand that this is the case given current situations. Really happy with everything that happened.
