Michael was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the products in store. He was patient and we were very satisfied by the customer service experience throughout. The store was clean with physical distance and sanitising measures being strictly observed and adhered to. The order process was very quick and efficient and the delivery date was suitable for our needs. The Comfort Exchange procedure was clearly explained by Michael who took the time to explain exactly the conditions of the guarantee. Overall we were highly satisfied with our purchase and look forward to our first night sleep on our new mattress.

Very impressed with the customer service and cleanliness of the store. Gerry, our sales assistant, was very knowledgable and the advice he gave us after knowing what we wanted was excellent. One thing that I noticed was that Gerry was not "pushing" for a sale, he was more than happy to spend time showing us different products to meet our requirements.
