We were lost about where to start with buying a matress. We wondered about ourselves before someone gently approaches us, Gerry. He showed us the new sleep machine and talked us through our options. We were just very satisfied because it made buying a matress really easy.

Laurie offered assistance but let us look around without pestering or pressing us. He was helpful in explaining availability and differences in mattresses. Throughout, he was courteous and checked that we understood everything and asked if we had any questions.
