I phoned 3 days prior to our visit and I spoke with Nathan who gave me the information I required over the phone and advised it would be best to bring my mother into the store to try out the mattress so we purchase the correct one. We attended the store on Friday 18th September 2020 and the store had correct measures in place with hand sanitisers at front door. I found the bed I was looking for and Nathan assisted us showing us the motion beds they had and the frames that was available. He got my mother a pillow and sprayed pillow then covered pillow which was reassuring they had good standards in place. My mother tested 3 different levels of mattress soft/medium & firm to see what best suited. Nathan gave my mother the information she required to make her decision. What we liked the most about Nathan’s service was there was no hard sell. He was there to advise and he gave us time to look ourselves and discuss what my mother wanted. I asked Nathan loads of questions on different frames, time scales of delivery & pricing and nothing was a bother to him. Great Customer Service & a credit to your company. Fingers crossed the delivery time & service is as good.
