Myself and my husband went into the store to have a look and was greeted with a friendly staff member called Michael he listened to what we had to say and was able to help us select what we needed he was very knowledgeable and also offered us bottled water when placing our order due to the covid situation with masks etc the store was very clean and Michael even cleaned the keyboard down before I used to complete the order very impressed he even went above and beyond by staying over his time to complete the sale despite it being his 1st wedding anniversary it was no trouble at all outstanding service from a friendly knowledgeable staff member I only wish all shops gave this service.

I previously entered the store a week before purchasing. On entering I was greeted straight away by Nathan who offered me water and advised on the hygiene taken with pillows etc to prevent covid which immediately put me at ease. After trying out mattresses, I chose one which was more than i was looking to pay. Nathan took my details and said he would call me if the mattress came down in price. He kept his word and called me the following week with an extra £150 off. I was very impressed with the service I received I bought the mattress the next day with the mattress protector and bed cover which was explained in full detail regarding benefits of purchasing these items. Nathan was very knowlegable and would highly recommend the clydebank store to family and friends.
