A found the staff at Clydebank highly helpful friendly and eager but with such a high price tele bed and mattress you would have thought that the pillows would have been for free but he was not willing to give us that deal, nearly £4000 pound and still wants to charge for pillows is outrageous took total advantage of me and my pregnant girlfriend shouldn't have told him we needed a bed quick because the springs were hurting her. Now that the bed has come we have realised that it's came with the tv with no built in wifi which is partly down to miscommunication between me and the sales man Gerard. I phoned to ask to speak to a manager to see if we could sort out this but manager wasn't available, requested a call back.The girl a spoke to was so helpful polite and understanding but just wanted to charge an extra £240.00 on top of the original bill.The dream staff are highly trained and effective but a just don't feel like a valued customer and no one is interested in helping out just want to charge every penny, so a think a would rather just request they take tele bed and mattress back and take my custom somewhere more understanding.

Told by the salesman that the tempur 60 day money back garuantee applied to us as we weren't happy with our mattress & entitled to a swap under the 40 day exchange policy. The salesman Jon McKnight seemed quite pleased with himself as he had 'done his good deed for the day' , 'felt good about myself' & 'quite chuffed with myself I spotted that' he was quoted saying. When we got home we called customer service to confirm our swap . We were told it didn't apply to us& nothing more we could do. We were not given a refund but on our way to us is £180 vouchers for dreams. What use are they to us when we have all our bedroom furniture , bedding etc.what annoys the most is we got charged £40 for delivery for 2 bedside tables that could easily fit in our car & weren't given a option to pick up from our local store , Clydebank. A sneaky move by our salesman.

On delivery of the bed & mattress I was informed by the delivery people that they had no instructions to assemble the bed frame. At the store the sales assistant Mr John Mc Knight had helped with our purchase and I had informed him that we would need someone to assemble the bed and he said he would arrange this free of charge as we had paid for both delivery and removal of the old bed. Having checked my invoice at the time of delivery it came to my notice that there was no request for assembly. Now I realise that it was partly my fault for not checking the invoice but I trusted your employee. We had had a lengthy conversation about why I needed the bed assembled and I can assure you that I would have happily paid for the assembly. My daughter and I managed to assemble the bed successfully but I was extremely disappointed and annoyed about all this and has certainly put me off shopping in the store again.

Bed delivered built up bad piston. New piston sent to me.have to wait two weeks for someone to repair it Trouble with phone answering.

when We placed our order we were told that it would be delivered within a couple of days even though there appeared to be a problem with the system regarding delivery dates. Received call next day saying we had to wait a month for delivery as the item was out of stock!!!! It appears that your 'live' ordering system does not work or are your staff just trying to reach their targets? I am disgusted that I was sold a product that did not exist. Had I been told this then I would have looked elsewhere. I think it is shocking that customers are being deceived and duped into paying for items they cannot get
