The problem was not specific to Dreams, but in fact relating to the finance organisation who took approximately 20-30 minutes just to confirm the loan. This was very long for a minor order and took away valuable time.

I'm sure there is always more you can offer your customers. For example I was given one free pillow but two would have been more useful plus a duvet too!

It’s not that the service was bad, it just wasn’t great. No different to going into a bakers or new look really.

I bought a mattress. Since unpacking I notice that it smell musty. I intend to return it. I am also quite upset as this is for my 3 year old daughter who now currently has no mattress (I am uncomfortable letting her use this one as I am not sure what is causing the smell).

Sadly only realised after I'd left that £219 for a rolled up mattress is totally exorbitant.
