The only issue on the day was down to the online system running slow and being kept a long while waiting on a decision through credit check. This was not the staff at clydebank stores fault and they were FANTASTIC! Especially Kimberley who was extremley patient and very apologetic to us for the long delay. She made us comfortable, made us hot beverages and chatted to us keeping us up to date with the whole process. Kimberley was very helpful and her down to earth approach made the whole process enjoyable and very entertaining. She is a real credit to the dreams company and would recommend her service to anyone wanting help to choose their next bed.

To be highly satisfied means there is no room for improvement within the store, i was satisfied with our visit.

We wished to pay the amount with cash but were told that they only carry £10.00 float we had to scrape together smaller amount to enable the order to go through. We were also disappointed with the carriage charges of £39.00 thought this was a bit excessive as just recently purchased a washing machine and only had to pay £10.00 and this was a more cumbersome appliance.

Although it was not a big issue there was a slight problem with selecting the delivery date which I wanted and while the woman who served me assured me she would go to the manager for assistance with getting it changed and had put the correct delivery date on the forms which I had signed I was still concerned that my order would not come on my preferred date. This issue was risolved and I recieved a phone call the next day confirming that the date had been changed on their system.

Originally thought when ordering, it was no deposit and 18 months to pay. I paid a deposit, and it was 10 months to pay.

My brief was to find a new mattress. I had no idea of what I was looking for other than size and comfort. Having that problem resolved meant I was satisfied. Any other resolution would have left me not satisfied. I cannot what difference there is in being satisfied and highly satisfied. One is either satisfied if a problem is resolved or not satisfied if the problem is not.

I was unhappy that the bed I wanted was displayed with a price that included a mattress but was quite expensive on it's own.

My reason for not being Highly Satisfied is that , I feel there is always room for any additional input , be it sales , product , or staff knowledge of the said item for sale , as nothing says the same for very long , be it technical , cost or availability , which is good for the consumer in their quest for any item they wish to view or to purchase .

Just that I told the woman on serval occasions I was only looking to buy the bed frame and that I didn't need it delivered nor did I need someone to build it for me and I felt like she was being too pushy to add that to the price I was already paying for the bed, plus she was pushing to get a mattress as well but other than that it was OK.
