The sales person was very friendly, helpful and did his job well without being pushy. I was satisfied with the service but don’t see any need to regard it as Highly Satisfied. He was just carrying out a basic sale. We knew what we were looking for. The bed frame could take up to 5 weeks to arrive - but duration unknown at this point. We accepted this. Nothing exceptional about the experience.

To be highly satisfied everything must be perfect and it wasn't, e.g unable to compare items as they were not in stock

The sales person Lesley was excellent. The store well laid out and clean. Easy to look around and good product knowledge from Lesley. No complaints there at all. I do think that your prices are high for the quality on offer. at the end of the day I spent over £800 on a small double bed. The fabric & padding is ok - but not great. I think you could do better for the prices you charge. And you charge for a build on top. Hmm.

The mattress I wanted was not in stock so purchased a similar mattress with less spring and also couldn’t find a bed base I wanted so only purchased the mattress

The issue I experienced was a technical one & apparently required a manager to sort it out. As there was no manager available, the staff had to deal with it, which they did in an efficient & competent manner in the Clydebank store.

The cumputer system crashed while my personal credit appkicewas being completed and had to be rebooted, and my details re-entered from scratch. This caused a delay in the ordering process.

very in depth and knowledgeable consultation given and very impressed by the high tech machine that was about to narrow down my mattress selection.
