As I entered the Clydebank store I was approached immediately by a staff member named Nathan, he was well mannered and asked if I needed any assistance. As I knew what I was looking to purchase he took me straight to the area of the store where I needed to be and began to ask questions on my needs and explained the product with a good general knowledge, he even offered my partner and i refreshments which was a nice touch. After making sure I had picked the right product for me he explained all options available for purchasing with dreams which reinforced my feelings of making such an expensive purchase.

Nathan at dreams clydebank was perhaps one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. Nathan showed me the full range of duvets available in store and explained the differences in your range, including what he recommend for my personal needs. Not only this; after telling nathan I had recently been suffering from a sore neck and had used the same mattress for roughly 10 years, he had me try your sleepmatch machine which recommend me a selection to try. Nathan showed me the mattress that were best for me and even went as far as to help recommend me an appropriate pillow in the process. Everything was smooth and it was a lovely experience, the bottle of water was fab too! Only bought the duvet however will be back to purchase the mattress and some new pillows soon! Nathan is a credit to your clydebank store.
