Dreams - Clydebank

We shopped around and the quality that we were getting at Dreams was excellent. The staff or rather Gerry was helpful in meeting and understanding our needs. He explained about the beds and recommended the perfect bed for us, and suggested the perfect headboard as well. After the bed was selected Gerry helped select the bedding for us, and told us that we can get a half priced pillow set because of the bed we selected. Best of all, we got a great deal on the Life Time warranty on the bed, which will allow us to sleep well at night. Thank you very much, Victor and Liz Hainsworth

The choice was good, shop quiet so had time to browse

The assistant who welcomed us when we entered the store immediately directed us to the beds and mattresses we were thinking about purchasing. As a result of his expert knowledge and kindness we purchased two beds, mattresses and headboards. We had already purchased a bed, etc a few years ago from the same store and assisted again by Gerry.

The staff member who assisted us was very helpful, gave us time to consider options available and supplied us with refreshments. I would highly recommend him for service and civility.

Friendly Staff and knowledgeable

the customer service rep that I dealt withwas very knowledgable and friendly. He helped me identify the product in store that I had been looking at on line. I arrived at the store was seen straight away and left a very happy customer. I am waiting on my mattress being delivered but I am sure that it will meet my expectations.

On arrival at the store I was politely greeted by Derrick who asked if he could assist me in any way, which he did. I entered the store with a view to buying a new Silentnight mattress and Derrick showed me various mattresses and advised me on each one he showed me. After trying various types of mattresses I choose to select the Silentnight one and then Derrick informed me that there was a discount available to me for a further few days only, so after some consideration I also purchased the matching base. Purchase made within 30 minutes and one happy customer. Thank you Derrick for your professionalism.
