The man was very friendly and welcoming ,explained everything very well about my purchase and no pressure was put on to buy any product so I really like that great salesman

There were a wide range of choices of mattresses, bed style and price ranges which I liked. I also was very satisfied with the deals on pillows and duvets when buying a bed. This was very good value for money.

had visited another "bed" store in the area, their prices where well over priced, the guy that helped my young daughter and I told what was available within our price range and suggested we thought about it before finall purchase and even offered us zero interest credit which we took, we will probably pay off in full when her 49 nights trial are up. Generally impressed with shopping expereience.

The sales assistant that dealt with my order was extremely friendly and helpful and was very considerate of my specific needs and wants. We chatted during the process which made it all more enjoyable and I would be delighted to pop back into the store anytime for another purchase and friendly encounter with the sales assistants.

GOOD OVERALL KNOWLEDGE, NO PUSHY SALES OR RUSH FROM ADVISER TO CLOSE AND GENERALLY FELT AS IF I WAS VALUED AS A CUSTOMER WHETHER I'D PURCHASED ON THE DAY OR LATER. I HAD SPENT TIME RESEARCHING REQUIRED PRODUCT ONLINE AND WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SEE PRODUCT DISPLAYED ON SALESFLOOR ALTHOUGH AWARE NOT ALL ITEMS CAN STORED ON PREMISES. WOULD RECOMMEND GERRY THE SALESMAN TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS SERVICE RECEIVED AND TIME TAKEN A BREATH OF FRESH AIR IN TODAYS PRESSURISED SELLING CULTURE AGAIN A PLEASANT CHANGE TO THE USUAL TECHNIQUES USED ELSEWHERE.

Both Derrick and Elaine in the Clydebank store were helpful,cheerful and friendly during our visit,Derrick was extremely well versed and knowledgable in the different choices of beds.

Customer Service on our last visit when we bought 2 single beds and mattresses a month or 2 ago was excellent so we had no hesitation in returning to buy a new 4ft 6inch mattress and again the customer experience was excellent

My order as yet has not been delivered however I was most impressed with the service given by the particular member of staff, Elaine . She over excelled by delivering the product that we were looking for, giving a personal service that over exceeded our expectations and would we most definately would pass our experiences to friends.
