Very friendly, helpful staff member in your Clydebank store, Derrick McLachlan, couldn't fault him in any way whatsoever. His product knowledge was excellent, and he comes across as a very likeable, pleasant chap.

Despite the shop being busy & only 1 staff on, i was very impressed & highly satisfied with the service.Elaine, the staff was very efficient, dealt with every customer with calm & ease. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional.

Our advisor was so knowledgeable explaining products, their pros and cons and helped us establish exactly what we were looking for in a new bed. He gave us information, showed us around different products and took time to cater for our needs. He gave us space to make our decision, did not apply any pressure and was flexible in putting together a package including bed & other products that suited our needs. Was really impressed with service and returned to this store, in a large part, because of the service we received from Jon.

The sales assistant Derrick at the Clydebank branch of Dreams was very friendly. He was not pushy at all and gave me space to make my own descisions. He had excellent knowledge of the store products and was able to direct me to the relevant brochures. He was a very approachable man with excellent manners.

Good selection of products, good prices

Jon in the store was so helpful and professional. It made the experience so easy and quick. Also Jon made the process of the credit easy to understand.

I was highly satisfied with the gentleman Jon McKnight who looked after me whilst in the store he was exceptionally friendly and helped me with everything he couldn't have been anymore helpful with my purchase. I would certainly come back to Dreams store and my mother is also going to be making a purchase as they are so helpful and the store has a very friendly atmosphere.

As soon we arrived we were greeted at the door then left to have a look and we weren't pestered like you normally get when people are trying to sell something to you. The staff were friendly and even helped keep my 3 kids entertained.
