We bought 2 beds 6 years ago from Dreams. They were more expensive then some stores but the quality has been excellent. We have an autistic son who has had 3 beds in 6 years. We've been reluctant to spend a higher amount on a new bed for him in case he breaks it again but with the Dreams warranty & the better quality we decided it was a good investment.

The Dreams agent was called Gerry and treated us into the store and immediately established exactly what we were looking for. He showed us the options available and the offers currently available. We were concerned about delivery before Xmas and he checked on the system with each of the items we were interested in and was able to satisfy us that we could get delivery very quickly which was important to us. He was very knowledgeable about the products, prices, systems and delivery etc and made our experience very enjoyable.

As I entered the Clydebank store I was approached immediately by a staff member named Nathan, he was well mannered and asked if I needed any assistance. As I knew what I was looking to purchase he took me straight to the area of the store where I needed to be and began to ask questions on my needs and explained the product with a good general knowledge, he even offered my partner and i refreshments which was a nice touch. After making sure I had picked the right product for me he explained all options available for purchasing with dreams which reinforced my feelings of making such an expensive purchase.
