Our assistant was elaine who was very friendly which puts you at ease straight away. Her knowledge was very good and also took time to shows us the range of items we were looking for. She had a great personality which made our experience all the more enjoyable. Will definitely be back in the future.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and took the time to understand our needs. Also went above and beyond, Elaine offering our toddler a balloon and Derek offering her a biscuit when she became grizzly. It was easy to find the right bedfor our needs and staff really lovely.

The staff member called Elaine was very efficient , friendly and knowledgeable . She was very attentive and addressed all my needs with her professional knowledge.. Would return again and also recommend my friends and family. Overall great experience .
