Friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable. Lots of choice

As this was my first visit to Dreams, I was very impressed with the range of products in the store and the layout and display of the products. The sales assistant gerry was excellent in decribing the range of products available and the quality and technical details of the products. This made our decision much easier.

I spoke to Gerry and Derek at the Clydebank store they were very helpful , very well mannered, and made you feel at ease they had great knowledge about the products and would recommend them to anyone they were great

Staff very friendly. On first visit, Jon was very good at finding exact product I was looking for. Was able to give me prices, availability information as needed. On second visit, asked for Jon McKnight as I was very happy with previous visit. Good customer service, friendly manner and very good with my 3 year old daughter. Good knowledge of products and ensured I was happy with everything before signing agreement. Assured me that aftercare service was there and if any problems, I was to call in to the store and see them.

Elaine Fox was very friendly, helpful and informed She helped me with advice on choosing the correct bed for my needs its my second visit to the store and this time i made a purchase which is being delivered today

Gerry was a 1st class sales person who obviously knows his stuff on his bed range in the shop, Anything I asked him regarding information on the bed he knew it all which I was impressed with, also did the other lady who worked with Gerry I didn't catch her name.To be honest I only went in to enquire about a new bed but because he was so on the ball, all my question were answer so well I just bought my new bed. This is my 3rd bed I have bought of Dreams and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again and to recommend to friends. Gerry is very professional at his job, Meaning I wasn't getting the feeling I was been forced to buy the bed. But I am sure he could sell sand to the arabs.lol Thank you very much Gerry for a great experience in buying my new bed. I will be back soon . XX

Staff were very welcoming, offering tea when I arrived. Explained the different styles and price ranges. Very knowledgeable. The customer service was great and there was a nice atmosphere in the shop. The staff seem to have plenty of time to spend with you if you need it and there is no rush or 'hard sell', which I was relieved about.

The Assistant(Elaine) I was dealing with through everything was off(who I must say was very professional,efficient and a confident assistant, who Knew all about her products that she sold) But Derrek stepped in and helped and carried on helping me choose and test the mattress for my Tv Bed, he went through everything and also got me to try the Tempur relaxation room, which I thought was really relaxing. He also helped me with the financing of my tv bed, which I took and thought it was really good that it was 0% interest which I liked, not a lot of company's give you that option, which was good. My overal experience of your clydebank Store was excellent and I would defiantly recommend to friends and come back again.

Visited one day and got required info from assistant who was knowledgable. Not sure at that time if I really needed new bed for spare room. Returned another day and purchased the bed. Assistant was helpful and friendly.
