We bought 2 beds 6 years ago from Dreams. They were more expensive then some stores but the quality has been excellent. We have an autistic son who has had 3 beds in 6 years. We've been reluctant to spend a higher amount on a new bed for him in case he breaks it again but with the Dreams warranty & the better quality we decided it was a good investment.

For the phone call I placed before going to the customer service from Laurie in the store it couldn’t have been better. All my questions were answered and I felt that he knew about the reputation mattresses I was asking about.
