Jon McKnight was excellent and helped me choose the right mattress

This was a return visit to the shop after purchasing a bed for my daughter, this time for my son how doesn't do shopping. I had to give the sales man a very strick order, i.e what kind of bed ,mattress ,headboard without him even seeing my son. He give me various options to pick.

I found the exact headboard that I was looking for at the right price. The salesman who dealt with me was very helpful and efficient. All round, a good shopping experience.

Staff was very helpfu & went out his way to make sure you where getting everything you had in mind plus alot more. Plus gave you the best possible deal for your money. Quick fast & easy to deal with. No problems. Made everything clear from the beginning. Was very satisfied with the customer service & the quality of the product.

Received assistants very quickly, wasn't pushed into purchasing anything I didn't really want or need. The information on the item delivery schedule was explained and displayed quickly and was very clear. Overall it was made an easy purchase and arranging delivery was also made easy.

Gerry the assistant was friendly , informative and very efficient. They was no pushy sales pitch and although he gave us the usual extra options he did not bore us to death or sound like a robot.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered a cup of tea when welcomed to the store which was very nice. There was a wide variety of types of mattresses and bedframes and we came out knowing exactly what we had bought.

a lovely welcome from staff, very attentive asked what type of bed we were after then showed us a selection of beds, had great knowledge of product. staff were quick to put the order through and arrranging a delivery date that suited my needs.

The staff made me feel very welcome and understood what it was I was looking for, there was a sample of what I wanted in store therefore I was able to get confidence in the quality of the product.
