My only disappointment was that I also wished to purchase a single size headboard for my new bed but the style I wanted was not available for a single size bed.

We were really happy with the great service we received today . Elaine & Derek both helped us as there was so many beds & they both explained in great detail about all the different ones . Fantastic customer service

Brilliant staff Gerry very helpful. This is my 3rd visit & purchase and service is consistently great. My daughter has purchased her 1st bed recently & found service brilliant too. Neither satisfied or unsatisfied response is because my goods have not arrived yet so unable to answer. Service of staff l cannot fault.

When looking at beds online the website was easy to navigate. The shop assistant Jon was good and quickly took us through everything we needed.

We were looking for a mattress in the January sales, and got a good sale. The sales staff Mr Jon McKnight was tops, The reason we came to dreams we bought a bed four years ago

All my bed related needs where quickly met due to the knowledge of the staff.

We dealt with two different sales assistants during our visit, who were both extremely knowledgeable about the type of mattress we were looking for and the most suitable pillows to match our different sleeping styles. Elaine Fox assisted us through the ordering of our mattress, ensuring that all of our needs were met. We were extremely happy with the service we received and will return again in the future.

Went in looking for an ottoman bed choice of two and the employee helped choose the one fitting our needs

Jon who processed my purchase remembered me from a previous visit when I made a purchase and was very easy to deal with.

The member of staff let me know he was there with a nod and a smile . Left me in piece ot have a look around did not rush in but I always knew he was waiting to help when I was taking a look at the first bed that I had looked at he then came over and told me about the bed an asked what was I looking for with a pressure or pushing it get me to buy as soon as I feel that I walk out . His collage even offered ne a cuppa before I had even decided to buy again I felt no pressure . Was explained about the different firmness and sizes as I could not make up my mind going from a king wanting a single my kids saying to get a double the gent understood my confusion and ended up with a small double . He was so friendly and helpful
