Good selection of beds

Well the customer service was totally on point. I was experiencing anxiety whilst purchasing my bed because of the financial commitment I was about to make but Jon the dreams guy was kind, patient and reassuring. That made all the difference to me.

What sold the store to me was the professional knowledge and friendy help I received from the two employees in store at the time I was there. No pushing for quick sale and freedom to wander at will

I was approached by a member of staff - Jon - in a timely manner. He was polite and helpful while not being too pushy and met all of the requirements that I had.

The salesman, Mr Jon McKnight, was very helpful and courteous

the man who served me was thorough with everything that I wanted he was also very knowledgeable wit all product offers and he was very enthusiastic.

the assistant Mr. Jon McKnight was very attentive and informative of the range of stock. I was invited to test all levels of mattress until I found the one to suit myself. Also offered a trial of pillows soft - firm to suit my needs. To top it all I was offered a cup of tea. I was shown all divan beds which was my choice. Although I did not purchase a bed today I have opted for an ottoman type bed and will certainly be back to purchase the bed, mattress and headboard of my choosing. The service I received from Mr. McKnight was second to none he is a very good ambassador for Dreams company. Thank you Jon for all your help.

staff were amazing couldn't fault them best customer service I've ever seen . staff very funny too. never seen staff who take such pride in their work
