Was just a really good experience and was really quick at finding what I needed and got the right bed to suit

Husband has bad back therefore we were looking for advice and help on what was available both mattress and pillow items. We were able to try (lie down on) a few mattresses and use different pillows all the time being adviced by an assistant. All very helpful.

Assistance was given as soon as we entered the store. Tea or coffee offered. Asked what we were looking for and were advised on what to try. We were able to lie down on a few mattresses and left alone for a few minutes to make a decision. No pressure to buy.

The sales person Gerry gave excellent customer service, he was very knowledgeable, great interpersonal skills as was very attentive to our needs. He also made us a lovely cup of tea. I was so satisfied with his actual service I purchased additional goods. He is a great sales person representing your organisation. Thank you

The salesgirl was very helpful and friendly, giving me all the assistance I needed whilst giving me time to look around without hassle. Remembered me when I returned to shop.

Iwe were only in the store to try and view the goods as we were intending to buy on line .But when we arrived at the Drumchaple store Elaine was brilliant from the outset from when we first Arrived till we had placed our order , her outstanding attitude and helpfulness convinced us to place the order in store . I can't recommend her highly enough , we will definitely use the store again .

We had been in the store previously and had seen a mattress that we both thought suitable for our needs. So on arrival at the store this time we went straight to the mattress to confirm our original thoughts, this was when Derrick approached us to see if we required assistance, from then on he could not have been more helpful in assisting us, showing us similar products with out being pushy and letting us make up our own minds at all times. A very knowledgeable salesperson who had all the facts and answers to our questions all the time. resulting in a sale for your company.
