John our advisor was very helpful and friendly but more importantly not pushey. We did end up purchasing a tempur mattress and John helped explain the different variations available. Excellent finance options available ! . Overall a pleasant buying experience.

All the staff were very friendly and very knowledgable about all the products we were interested in. However we had to order our bunkbeds and bedroom furniture blind as there were no examples in store. Overall we were very happy with the service we received.

Was in the store the previous day just browsing but not really intending to buy but was impressed with prices. Returned next day and was greeted by Gerry saying welcome back to Dreams. He explained all the different types of mattresses and their benefits making it easier for me to make my choice of bed. He explained about guarantee and warranty and various accessories on special offer. I now looking forward to delivery of my new bed.
