Good friendly welcome coming into the store. Not pushy with products.

We were very impressed by the friendly approach of the salesman who quickly ascertained our needs and offered us well informed advice, but gave.us time to make up our own minds and come to our own conclusions, which we really appreciated.

The assistant and Manager were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were served coffee and given extra pillows for our specified comfort. To be fair the store was set out in a very organised fashion and we could not fail to understand the variety of mattresses on offer. Thanks to your assistants concern for my husbands back problem, we did spend more than we had thought we would. (This is not a complaint). We also think your 40 day trial is excellent as we did make a huge error in our last purchase of a mattress which was not from Dreams.

Store was quiet so we had the full attention and all help needed with our purchase, then left on our own to decide which was good!

Gerry is like the Silver-Fox of bedroom knowledge, his service was sublime, if this is the calibre of employee I can expect, then everyone in my circle will be purchasing from your Clydebank store, exceptional staff + exceptional service = exceptionally happy customers! A real win-win scenario

Staff are both friendly and knowledgable with the products in store and are always happy to help along with looking happy within the work place. Both visits I have experienced in the Clydebank store have been the best customer service I have received being served by Derek and Jon.

Gerry was very attentive and helpful without being overbearing in any way. He responded to our needs with consideration and expertise. We were invited to browse while he arranged cups of coffee which we appreciated. He encouraged us to try out various mattresses and explained about different types of springs.

The knowledge of the member of staff serving us was fantastic. We were shown a number of mattress and didn't feel pressured into buying a pacific one and the member of staff took his time with us.
