Dreams - Clydebank

I knew what bed I was going to purchase prior to going into the store. I went directly to it and then asked to place an order with assistant Elaine Fox. Elaine was most helpful, explaining everything I needed to know and made it so easy to understand the full details of delivery. Hats off to Elaine.

Salesman extremely helpful. Didn't just try to sell us the most expensive product. Listened to what we needed and showed us a few different options. Very happy with service and the price as we ended up getting something cheaper than what we initially went in to look at as the product we were shown was in the half price sale but was still a very good quality product.

I was approached and served by Gerry , I told him what I was looking for, he went through a number of options inviting me to try each mattress at the same time explaining the pros and cons of the mattress for my requirements. So overall I was very satisfied with the quality of service and speed of process of the sale.

I went in to purchase two tempura pillows as we had a new mattress delivered the day before and decided we wanted new pillows. The sales assistant welcomed us into the store straight away and was very helpful. Unfortunately the card machine was not working and the assistant was having trouble using the phone system so I could pay by card so I offered to go and take the money out the cash machine instead, a slight inconvenience but as the sales assistant was so apologetic and friendly I really didn't mind.

We found the assistant Elaine fox at Clydebank store extremely helpful and pleasant. It WA also a pleasant surprise to find the bed we wanted was in the sale. I would certainly recommend this store.

We went into Dreams to look for a new mattress, the sales assistant Gerry was very friendly and knowledgeable, he talked us through what the different mattresses were and then left us to try different ones out. He was very helpful indeed but not pushy at all.

The sales person, Elaine Fox at the Clydebank store was excellent. She explained the colour coding for mattresses and was there to answer our questions and explain the differences between the mattresses. She gave us time to try out the various mattresses on our own and was never pushy. She let us take our time to come to our decision. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All in all shopping for our new mattress at your store was a very pleasureable experience.

Jon McKnight, the assistant who took our order was very informative and enthusiastic about the quality of the beds we were considering. It made our decision to chose a bed far easier than we were expecting. We look forward to receiving the bed towards the end of April.
