Jon mcknight (213) was extremely attentive polite helpful pleasant and explained everything I needed to know

I Thought the Customer service was 1st class when Mark took control of my order , he was not only helpful , knowledgeable , but most importantly friendly , he made us feel welcome and valuable to his company , a first class employee

Jon the salesman was very enthusiastic and friendly helping us achieve a very relaxed and pleasant experience. He was neither forceful nor quiet as he sold us ideas without us feeling like we were forced into a decision, he explained everything to us in similar terms making us feel like he wanted the very best for us. Him and his manager showed great customer service and make a very good coffee.

My partners dreads shopping for a bed and whole embarrassment of testing them. We were made to feel very welcome, received a lovely cup of tea and make to feel completely relaxed while Jon explained the various mattress to us, as we tested them. Product knowledge was excellent and the other salesmen in the store were also friendly and helpful

We were only looking for a base and you offer that service unlike others. Quality of base better than others we have seen too.

Staff were helpful, polite&knowledgeable about products. Also offered me assistance in testing products due to me having mobility problems.

The assistant, Elaine, was very knowledgeable about all the products. She took time to explain about the various types of bed and mattresses available. She also took time to get a pillow that suited me and allowed me to lie on and test beds. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I was pleased and returned the next day to place the order having discussed it all with my husband who was too ill to attend the store.
