I was very highly satisfied with my experience at dreams as Gerry who help me with my purchase was very knowledgeable about the product I was buying as my partner has a bad back and he advised us on mattress. Every thing was explained very clearly I end up leaving the shop very happy and excited about my new bed arriving Only thing I was disappointed about was that the mattress was out of stock so delivery of my bed would be later 03/09 I would highly recommend dreams as the service was excellent thanks to Gerry who help with everything from bed to bedding & pillows I would shop in Dreams again for the service and the knowledge was excellent

I was in the store looking for a bed for myself and my partner. Our advisor Elaine Fox was very patient and spent a lot of time listening to what we needed and finding the right product for us. It's a substantial amount of money to us and after I had a recent back injury we need to ensure our new bed is firm and will support me. We were able to try various beds and Elaine's product knowledge was excellent. We were offered tea and coffee and Elaine was very kind and patient in assisting me around the store on my crutches. When we got home we realised that I had mis-measured the location of our door in the bedroom and thought that we could fit in a king size however it would be 10cm too long. We then called Mark the store manager who was very understanding and was happy to assist us. He immediately updated the order for us and called me back to say that we were getting a refund. I was delighted with the level of help that we got in the store.

The staff were very helpful, not overly forward. They were friendly and very polite. We were offered tea, coffee and bottled water not long after we had arrived. We felt free to browse without feeling intimidated.

The staff in the Clydebank store were lovely, extremely knowledgable and patient (I returned specifically to them to purchase the mattress following a friendly first visit, and I definitely took my time over choosing the perfect one for my daughter).

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mark who asked if I needed any help. I knew what I was looking for and he was able to show me the beds that I was after. Mark suggested other beds which were similar or had more support and gave me in depth explanations of each bed, what they were made of (pocket sprung, memory foam etc) & helped my make my choice. I was able to use the screens in store to read customer reviews on the products I was interested in. I was offered a coffee which was gratefully received after having a long journey to get there (1 1/4 hrs). The bed that I wanted had a too longer lead time for delivery as I needed a bed for Friday 5th Aug. Mark had a look at which beds were available for delivery for that date & within my price range and we found the bed which I purchased. Overall, highly satisfied with the service, knowledge and excellent customer care.

GERRY THE DREAMS COLLEAGUE WAS VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING EVERYTHING AND HE TOOK HIS TIME . HE WENT IN TO GREAT DETAIL OF THE PRODUCTS AND HE OFFERED US A CUP OF COFFEE. OVERALL 10 OUT OF 10.

you had the exact type of bed that I was looking for and I was shown the mattress that were on offer as well as full price ones plenty of choice

Staff were very helpful and pleasant but not too pushy. They were informative and friendly.
