I was making the purchase of a new bed for my daughter on my own. I usually buy large items like this with my husband but unfortunately he is in hospital just now recovering from cancer surgery. On hearing my situation, your sales assistant Gerry at your Clydebank branch went out of his way to help me. Went through everything in fine detail to make sure I was happy with my order & I was delighted when he told me that you offer a disposal of the old bed frame & mattress! As I have rheumatoid arthritis, I couldn't have organised this on my own. Absolute pleasure to shop in this store with such friendly helpful staff. When my husband comes home from hospital we will need to buy a much firmer mattress than the one we have, so we will be returning to your Clydebank store to buy one!

We visited late on a Sunday afternoon. We were attended too immediately and courteously. We explained the issues with our current bed and were shown various options. All of them were excellent and the salesperson's product knowledge was superb. Despite being close to closing time we never felt pressured into making a choice. After about an hour we concluded our order and were very satisfied with the service to date.

My first visit to dreams met by a very nice and friendly assistant called Elaine showed me products and assisted me in choosing a suitable product Very impressed with all at dreams and will certainly revisit in future and recommend store to anyone that is looking for beds and bedding

well first all I do not live in that area but received assistance and shown how to get back to my own town, at the first time I entered dreams store I was approached by the sale person who really helped me to find out what I was looking for, he explainned and give option to choose what ever suit my needs. That makes feel I am the one being in control. I was offered a coffee or water eventhrough I did not took it , however I was touched due to the fact that you do not recieve a coffee offer in other shop my fourniture was carried out by staff to my car. I do rreally appreciate that and say thank you to Jon for his disponibility.
