Dreams - Clydebank

My partner and I had visited a few places to have a look for a new bed - we were on the fence about purchasing one from Bensons but decided to go next door to the Dreams store at Clydebank for a quick last min look. When we entered Dream’s Jon greeted us, made us feel at home (made us tea and coffee to drink whilst he showed us round :D). We were initially looking to simply replace the bed we had with something similar (maybe more aesthetically pleasing) for as little as possible, however, after Jon suggested we try lying on a few different mattresses we were sold on purchasing a Tempur mattress + duvets pillows etc as well as a beautiful bed frame. Prior to visiting Dreams we had no idea there was so much variety in beds, bedding etc, but Jon chatted to us about the features and benefits you receive splashing out a bit extra on quality - and having now done so I can safely say that the additional cost was worth it for the comfort and the sound sleep we've been having since. As well as getting excited about buying a bed (which I didn’t see coming) Jon made the whole process of purchasing the bed etc painless. Can’t recommend the Clydebank store and Jon enough.

Gerry was very helpful and his knowledgeable and unbiased view helped us choose a good bed for our teenage son .

I was in the store about 3 times with about a million questions 😀 all of which were answered brilliantly and was very helpful in helping me decide on my final purchase

Elaine was very helpful to us, and very friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble for her. She recognised all of our requirements quickly and answered the few questions that were asked of her without having to go away/ask colleague/look things up etc. We were very comfortable in our visit. The store itself had plenty of choices for us to look at and a good variety, both in beds and mattresses & pillows; we didn't realise so much technology went into giving people a good sleep - it was an education.

I explained sleeping problem to sales person Jon a couple of weeks previously. He took time to show me the products and what might be suitable. I wanted to revisit, but with my wife. We did so today and Gerry took us through the options. We decided to purchase.

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. We loved the range of beds and are looking forward to our new bed arriving.

The staff we're very attentive as the shop was very busy they all thanked us for our patients and offered us drinks throughout our visit they couldn't have been more helpful we were not put off by our wait at all we were initially shown the differences in matress types so we knew what to look for by ourselves until someone became available to help and when we did get help they were very knowledgeable in which type to select extremely helpful indeed

I was most satisfied with the sales assistant mark as the frame and mattress I purchased was for my 15 year old son . Mark was very helpful took the time with my son to try out different mattresses to see what suited his needs also explaining the different pros and cons of various mattresses . Mark provided an enjoyable visit to the store and offering tea coffee or a drink and relating to a teenager

We were delighted with the help and information we received about the deals we were enquiringly about,and also the offers available and prices were especially to our advantage.. I am so happy with the 2 beds we purchased and so excited for their delivery to my home.
