Very helpful staff

Jon McKnight was very friendly and approachable from when we walked through the door. We explained our situation and Jons product knowledge was outstanding he knew exactly what we needed and proceeded to direct us to beds suitable for our needs. He wasn't pushy and gave us thinking time to make up our minds, he offered us tea on several occasions as I think he knew we were indecisive. We left happy and satisfied with what we purchased.

I had a very bad experience in another store.The sales staff at dream were in deed a dream offering advice and help.On my first visit the manager Mark was very helpful .I then returned to make my purchase and Jon McKnight gave me every assistance even moving the mattress on to a slatted bed for me to try.I then made my purchase and Jon introduced me to the memory pillowswhich which I bought to help with my comfort and spinal allignment.Many thanks to your team.
