Mark is very knowledgable and asked us if we wanted coffee etc, we were very relaxed and it was a pleasurable experience. Even though we spent nearly £1000 we felt it was worth it. Had already purchased a bed for my son and the process was great and the bed is still getting used. Thanks Mark

Having previously purchased an excellent bed from Dreams, I was a returning customer. I originally attended the Uddingston store for my purchase as I was in the area. I spent 15 minutes in the shop, looking at beds, trying mattresses and was not approached by a single member of staff. Indeed two members of staff were chatting and a third entered the show room and sat at a desk. I believe he is new and being trained (badly) by one of the staff chatting. I was within 5m of all 3!!! No one assisted me and my husband and daughter. I therefore returned to my local store (Clydebank) where I was met with extremely friendly, knowledgable staff and in particular Jon McKnight whom I had bought a bed from last year. His friendliness and product knowledge are second to none. I trust him to give me good advice and this time was no different. I was highly satisfied with the service he provided. Even more so in light of the shabby service at the Uddingston branch!

I was given all the assistance necessary to allow me to pick what I thought was the best mattress for me by testing various makes and types of mattress. The various options were fully explained and I was left feeling that my custom was valued.

My wife and I visited the showroom and were given clear details and advice with regards to the products we enquired about. We were shown a variety of options with no pushy sales chat and the guys appeared to be very knowledgeable. We are due to move house but with missives not concluded they explained the 'Move fall through' option. I phoned a week later and Mark, the manager, was very helpful and willing to go and find out information to answer my questions. Today, we returned to the Clydebank store and again were offered excellent service, knowledge and advice. We were offered tea and coffee which was a nice touch and once again there was no pushy sales pitch which made it a relaxed experience where we could make up our own minds without feeling pressured. This resulted in us buying 3 trundle beds and a leather TV along with 7 mattresses!! 3 years interest free credit is also a very appealing option.

The furniture purchased was exactly what I was looking for. The staff member (Gerry) was great, not pushy in any way and very much left me to get on and shop but there when I needed assistance. I even got offered a coffee.

Mark the manager in the Clydebank store went out of his way to make our visit and purchases easy and thoughtful. We were offered a drink while the paperwork was completed , which was quick and easy to understand.

The assistant Elaine could not have been more help full.she knew her job inside out and made it a pleasure to shop there.
