GERRY was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He made it very easy to make a decision as his expertise had guided us to a bed and mattress that suits us perfectly.

Salesman Jon McKnight was very professional yet friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the products I wanted to purchase. He explained everything helpfully and clearly and we learned much about the products. Jon was very patient and understanding of my physical needs. I also have Asperger's Syndrome which often makes verbal communication difficult. Jon's ability to explain and verbally interact meant then having Asperger's Syndrome was not an issue. In fact, Jon was not aware of my possible communication difficulties until the sale was being finalised. Jon is a tremendous asset to your company and made Dreams an Autism friendly environment.

We were not pressured into buying when we told assistant what we were looking for he showed us a variety of different different mattresses at different prices when he showed us an expensive one I said it was beyond my price range his advice was to give him an idea ajnd he made us feel at ease

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams as the person who was looking after us (Gerry) approached us in a very friendly manner to offer his assistance. With his assistance being accepted he was more than happy to show us round, talk us through the products and also recommend products more suited for me. I felt his knowledge of the store was brilliant and very helpful.

We were approached in the store we were not given a pushy sale. the guy listened to what we wanted and gave his advise and the options we had with regard to beds available with the functions we required. He breifly touched on the payment plans available again not too pushy and annoying. He was very helpful. He then left us to have a look around. when we had made a decision and were discussing between us.. another helpful guy appeared and asked if we had made a decision we had. He then explained the insurance they offer for the bed and a brief description of the benefits. we said we would take that as it sounded great value for money.. he also gave us a brief description about assembly which was helpful he arranged a very speedy delivery for us he did give us the option to choose a convenient time.. however we asked for asap.. ordered on Sunday and will be delivered on Thursday! Overall very happy with the service and hope the bed will be excellent too! 10/10 to dreamsee in the Great Western retail park!

Very friendly service immediately we entered the store. Staff were approachable and knowledgeable about products. Provided assistance when required and left us to browse and try however were aware of us throughout and were able to assist when they heard/saw us discussing features of the mattresses we were looking at.
