Dreams - Clydebank

I wasn't totally sure what I wanted upon entering the store, however through speaking with the employee and from having a try I was able to come away very happy with what was bought.

The salesperson, Gerry, was very helpful. Explained the types of mattress and difference between the toppers i.e. Gel or memory foam. Advised us to try mattresses and not just sit on them. Explained about the 40 night guarantee if not happy with mattress. When looking at bedroom furniture he explained about the extras that could be added including the no bang door mechanism. Felt he was not too intrusive, he introduced himself when we arrived and did not pester us when in the shop. He waited until we were ready and wanted to ask about certain products. Would most definitely recommend him to friends and family if the were going to your shop.

Salesperson was very helpful but did not intrude whilst we were browsing. Nothing worse than someone in your face the whole time you are there. Introduced himself when we arrived and then stood back until we asked for his help.

Upon entering the shop I was quickly greeted, offered a refreshment and then left to brouse hassle free, this is exactly the way I feel a shop should treat a customer. When I did want help I found it quickly and Mark took the time to expertly explain the various options and told me exactly what I was getting for my money. I never felt pressured and into making a purchase and along with the benefit of the 40 night comfort guarantee I probably spent more than I intended but am sure it will be value for money. Mark had excellent product knowledge and a full understanding of your range of products. Based on my experience this is why I am highly satisfied, why I would return to Dreams and why I would recommend Dreams to a friend.

Jon McKnight at your Clydebank store was excellent and so helpful. We had also visited your Uddingston and Paisley stores but found the service at Clydebank the best. We would definitely purchase again from Dreams and more importantly would look to deal with Jon again.

The guy who helped us Jon McKnight was very helpful and cheery and he also gave good advice on the mattress that we were looking for and told us everything that Dreams provides so we felt confident that we left with right purchase.
