The girl helping (Kimberley Nixon) was very professional, although fairly new, she had good knowledge, she answered all questions we had, she identified the best mattress for us and showed us the range available. Kimberley was polite and very personable. We felt very comfortable dealing with her. We had a very positive shopping experience today. The manager was also very helpful in assisting and advising.

Chris took the time and patience to explain the type of mattresses around the store. I was given a lovely mug of coffee and was allowed the time to look at them without a sales person following me about. When I had it down to two Chris again assisted in explaining their differences. I was encouraged to try the mattress as many times as I liked and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. All in all a pleasure to shop in this store. I would go as far to say Chris is a great asset to the company and the manager seemed to recognise this.
