Dreams - Clydebank

All staff were incredibly approachable, not pushy looking for a quick sale/commission. The member of staff who sold our bed was very understanding and made sure to direct us to our requirements. Additionally we weren't given any false illusion that the higher price the higher quality - we were given quality advice that if we weren't willing to pay over the top prices then differences between certain beds wasn't too large.

I previously visited the store and spoke with Thomas and as I was very impressed with his professionalism and product knowledge I returned and placed an order. My partner and I were offered every assistance as well as tea or coffee during our visit. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.I also noted that the staff were all smart in appearance. Overall, this was the best store that I visited and definitely the most enthusiastic staff. Full marks.

The person serving was extremely helpful and patient. We were not rushed or put under any pressure to buy.

I was able to look around a bit before a member of staff came up to see if he could help. He was helpful and I never felt rushed or pressurised at any time.

i had previously visited dreams birkenshaw Glasgow and customer services was poor.i made a phone call to dreams Clydebank Glasgow and total opposite very polite helpful staff.they had the sofa bed I was looking for on the premises despite birkenshaw telling me they didn't have it.the salesperson gave me his name and told me to as for him on my arrival to the store. on my arrival to the store Gerry and his work collegue on 5.1.17 couldntve been more helpful from start to finish on buying my product

the colleagues name was Gerry and he was very comfortable to deal with, he didn't pressure us and was very knowledgeable on the products we wanted. He also didn't try to sell us add ons, he mentioned them and their benefits but when I declined he respected my decision and left it at that. He was quick and efficient in dealing with our sale and I feel sure he was aware I was disabled and didn't keep me waiting unnecessarily/ Overall, despite thee product not being readoily available, it was a pleasure to do business with your store.

Assistance, info and quality of products impressive

Rachel was highly knowledgeable when discussing my options for a new bed and was able to recommend the perfect bed for me extremely quickly. I left the store knowing that i had chosen the right bed and I'm very happy with the overall service I received in the store. Rachel also offered me tra and coffe while in store and was very friendly during my visit. I will definitely come back the same store for my next bed due to the exceptional level of service I received on my last visit.

I knew what I was looking for, however the assistance and advice was very appreciated. It was all taken care of speedily and professionally. Perhaps the delivery time could have been sooner but it has not impacted on my overall experience or my opinion of the service.

I have purchased beds previously and have always found the staff most helpful. I particularly like that it is free delivery now, which hasn't always been the case. Also like the 40 nights test of the matress, to allow me to get used or (not) to my new matress.
