Dreams - Clydebank

This was our first visit to dream and I cannot thank the staff for all their help and advice on purchasing our mattress on Monday 6/2/17 and was helped by Kimberley Nixon on choosing the correct mattress for our needs and budget also for Kimberley's knowledge as well also for the help of the store manager mark ( clydebank store) I will Definetly be purchasing for dreams in the future as with customer service product ranges and all round feel of the store it is second to none Thank you Angela McIlveney

The staff, particularly Gerry couldn't have been more helpful. Gerry's product knowledge was fantastic, we went to store to buy something which transpired, after Gerry's explanation, would have been totally unsuitable. He listened to our preferences I cannot thank him highly enough for advising re the VAT deduction. He discreetly asked if I held a Blue Badge and then explained the VAT exemptions, I was totally unaware of this, so hats off to Gerry. We were going to initially purchase two mattresses but after trying the product in the store we ended up purchasing a new bed and pillows. There was no 'hard sell', no pressure from Gerry, I picked up the leaflet about the bed cover and he explained what benefits this provided, due to his explanations I bought the 'insurance' cover. All the staff were friendly, Mark's coffee was great lol. So thank you Gerry, it was a pleasure and I will be back when I need a new bed.

Great store with lots of choice on view. Good attention by staff and prompt ordering. Only down side was not regarding the store but went looking for a store that was shown on the Internet as being in Glassford Street, Glasgow but obviously now gone.

Kimberley was a new member of staff and had a good volume of knowledge of the products I was looking at. Very friendly and spent a lengthly period of time with me to find my product.

Thomas, who served me was very knowledgeable in what product would suit us & fit into the space we had for it.

Gerry the salesman at dreams Clydebank was very attentive, he listened to both myself and my partner. Offered advice when asked but also gave us time and privacy to discuss our options. Overall we're both delighted with the service.

When we arrived I store we where not pressurised into buying we were advised that if we wished to ask anything please feel free to ask we did and the sales assistant was very courteous and full of knowledge

The staff were all very friendly. Rachel helped give me information about the headboards available and them left me to look at them myself. When I needed assistance she came straight back over. She had good product knowledge and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I wanted. I also spoke to the Manager in passing and he was also very friendly.

It was easy the assistant went through it very well explained it all well
