Staff really friendly and helpful. Would have liked mattress to have been able to be delivered 2 days later and a weekday evening delivery option would have been good but this seems to be more down to delivery company than dreams. Everything else great

Staff are very friendly especially with my kids. Jerry who assisted us is very helpful and knowledgeable with the products. The service is excellent,was even given discount with the pillows.Received the product after 5 days due to availability in store!! Very happy with the product!Already recommended to friends!!

When I made my choice of purchase I was dealt with professionally and efficiently. I left the shop having made the purchase I wanted with an agreed delivery date and very happy.
