Very friendly and polite left me to browse and when I neede assistance I got attended to immediately

Gerry and Mark were both extremely helpful. Didn't pressure in to buying. Went out of their way to make sure was totally satisfied. I would definately shop at this store for future purchases and would recommend the store to family and friends

As me & my girlfriend entered the store we where greeted by mark who gave us a very warm welcome & offered us a drink, he then offered us his services to help with what we where looking for. we hadn't bought a mattress in years so weren't really sure about what one was best for us, mark took his time to listen to us about how we prefer to sleep & what position we sleep in to give him a rough idea on what would be best for us. Mark took us around the store & let us test all the types of mattresses and pillows, with marks help we finally found a suitable mattress that me & my girlfriend we really happy with. We can not fault the customer service in any way atall as mark was really really helpful & made our experience fantastic. I have already recommended family to dreams for any bedroom equipment which they are planning on visiting. 10/10 :)

We were given a first rate service, the gentleman was knowledgeable about the company and the services it provided. The gentleman was very attentive and asked if we would like a refreshment, which don't get asked in many shops when you are spending a lot of money. I would certainly use this shop again and recommend it.

This was our first time shopping in Dreams and from the moment we walked into the store we were impressed with the layout. We were only looking around for a few minutes before we were approached by the Assistant Manager who was very courteous and mannerly. From then and until we had selected and paid for our item we have no complaints as he was extremely helpful and new his products.

Friendly and informative staff and product availability

The store staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive throughout. Their product knowledge and advice as to all the relevant options was very good, no pressure stuff. Gerry was the chap the dealt with ourselves and he was very professional, explaining every stage as we went though making the final purchase. All in all, the Dreams experience was an excellent one and we will be recommending to our friends and family that they pay a visit to Dreams next time they are thinking of changing their Bed. Happy Customer experience!

Rachel, was a Dream Expert, who gave my husband and I her complete attention. She did not rush us and was very knowledgeable of all the various products available for purchase. Our purchase was made quickly and efficiently when we made our final choice. A dream of a buying experience.
