Everyone was very friendly. Gerry who helped us was very helpful and polite. The guys offered teas and coffees and sweets for our little girl which was very nice. They were very welcoming and happy to help but not pushy at all. There was no hard sell. They were just trying to understand out needs. We came for a Matterss and a mattress cover. We ended up buying a couple of quite pricey but super comfortable pillows too, they were worth it. We love them. The only dossapointing fact about the visit was a very limited selection of wooden bed frames. Ideally we would have bought a bed frame at the same time but there's nothing to choose from.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She SarahJane took time to listen to my needs and took the time and trouble to get a clear views of what I wanted. She explained all of the available options and clearly explained the differences between options without trying to steer me to the most expensive option. Very good considering she had only been in the store for 2 weeks.

We visited the Clydebank store looking for a bed for my son. Sarah Jane greeted us as soon as we entered the store and asked us if we required assistance. My son showed her the bed he was interested in and she invited him to try it for comfort. He was given a pillow and advised to lay down so that her could experience the comfort of the mattress. The mattress he was looking at was not suitable and after discussing it with my son , Satrah jane showed him one that was better suited for his needs and comfort. Couldn't thank her enough. Absolutely superb customer service. When I went to pay, the whole family was offered a lovely cup of tea. Amazing. I wish every store could have this level of service. Will be back again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Customer service brilliant, Sarahjane was superb, not just in her knowledge and friendliness but also very attentive to my 2 young kids who were with me. Having worked in retail management myself for 20 years, it means a lot when staff also pay attention to not just the customer but also their children. Sarahjane in my opinion is a valuable asset to your company with a bright future ahead of her.
