Dreams - Clydebank

When speaking to the sales person he offered me cup of coffee made me feel relaxed as l was buying a bed for my partner who just recently just had a stroke. The sales person at that time did not know my partner had a stroke.He was very understanding and helpful.

This is my second purchase at Dreams. It goes without saying that this is due to the good experience and customer service the first time. This purchase was no different. From the sales staff to the delivery men, everyone is trying to give a service above the competition.

Sarah Jane was extremely helpful

The advisor Sarahjane took time to listen to our needs and explained the different types of covers.. gave us pillows to try with the beds and showed us and advised us to try each. We never felt rushed and she made us try again the ones we were between. She offered us refreshments and checked the delivery dates were suitable.

We went into the store and were greeted by a very courteous and friendly assistant. When we explained what we were looking for we were taken directly to the correct item. Which we were able to view and check out prior to our purchase. We were even offered refreshments whilst we made up our minds to carry on with the purchase of the items we were looking at. All in all a very comfortable shopping experience.

The team at Dreams Clydebank were friendly and attentive without being pushy, questioned and assessed our needs and took the time to allow us to select and purchase the best option for us. They were knowledgeable, worked as a team, Thomas, Store Manager Mark and Sarah Jane. They were fun, we had good chat and Mark makes a great cup of tea

excellent staff with friendly warm greeting. Sarahjane was very helpful and showed us a reange of products but never felt we were being pushed into a sale. also recommended place for other household items for moving into a new property. Would highly recommend to others.

We received detailed advice about the beds we were considering and the sales assistant took the time to explain everything clearly. There were several beds on show of the quality we were interested in but there was no pressure to make a decision.

Assistance was very helpful. And had good knowledge of the product we were looking to buy
