Assistants was very friendly but not pushy, only in job 2 weeks but very good at her job

Gerry was very friendly and helped us to choose a matress which fitted our needs. We had our 3 year old son with us and he was great with him. He even let him use the toilet when he needed it and try out some beds.

The reasons I give for my scores are simple the assistant was excellent credit to your company his knowledge and manners were impeccable I could not wish for a better experience

Amy at the Clydebank store was first class Friendly, helpful and despite only being employed 3 weeks she was knowledgeble and asked for assistance from her manager in a professional manner. Kept us informed and positive experience

I was very happy with the service I received from Rachel. She was very helpful and professional. We also had a bit of a chat about our kids which was really nice as it makes the whole experience a bit more personal. Rachel was really friendly and knew her products well. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.

The staff made the experience at your Clydebank store. Mark and Amy (despite her having just started in the job) were lovely folk and couldn't do enough for us.

Lovely staff very helpful quick at putting order through

This is the second time I have shopped at Dreams for a bed. This time I was highly satisfied because Rachel was very helpful and friendly. She also knew about the beds and she had a lovely manner, very friendly and helpful. It appeared to have a pleasant atmosphere in the store. We were offered coffe / water and there was an avaialbility of drinks and snacks if people needed them. Bought a car recently but the expereince at Dreams was far more superior to that. The last time we shopped at Dreams the only problem we had was that our delivery date had been changed at short notice which we werent happy with as we had moved beds and furniture around. I get the impression that this will not happen again. I plan to go back next year to buy my grandson and grandaughter bunk beds and look forward to another pleasant experience at Dreams.

The visit was easy, Gerry was very friendly and gave us the time we needed to pick a bed and gave us information along the way but didn't hover with us too long. The buying process was good, very clear on out credit plan etc.
