All the staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome despite me having two unruly children with me when trying to make my purchase. Top marks for customer service.

Customer friendly sales gIrl. Informative without being pushy

Salesperson was friendly and accommodating. Gave me the sale price although it had just ceased the night before. Found exactly what I was looking for right away. Didn't take long to order it.

Your representative Mark was very knowledgable and also recomended some extra products and cover etc which made a lot of sense and we got it at a good price. The matrress was ideal cant wait to get it delivered! We were also allowed to try a few more before selecting which helped a lot. Mark was also very friendly and funny. Easy to talk to for a sales person (no offence!) Also didnt really push other products more just suggested them and it made sense.

The store had a happy atmosphere from the moment we walked in we were met by cheery faces . Amy , who attended to us, was extremely helpful, and very patient as we lay down on most of the beds, she even brought us pillows , and answered all our questions, turns out she had only been working there for a couple of weeks, ....it didn't seem like it, she was very knowledgeable, and if she wasn't sure, which wasn't often, she asked her co worker, who again was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient, it was a pleasure to visit the store, no stuffiness or can't be bothered attitude towards us at all, like some stores we've visited in the past.

Served by Stacey who had only been employed by Dreams for 2 weeks. Her friendly manner, knowledge and helpfulness was 2nd to none. Mark and Gerry were on hand to help if any problems and drinks supplied and good

All the staff were friendly and had a good laugh.Just like familly. Sales lady had recently started but was very good and attentive, had to check on a couple of questions that she wasn't a 100% sure but she was really good at all else. Will certainly return to Dreams again,you could say it's my dream shop.Congrats to all hard working staff. eddie & jean

The manager Mark was extremely helpful in my selection of two mattresses & a bed frame. He explained everything thoroughly, even down to insurance on my items purchased. He offered bedding to me at discounted prices, gave us free mattress protectors & pillows, not to mention the free delivery Dreams offer. Very impressed by offering me a coffee also!
